Condo XIII
Welcome to the Condo XIII website. We are the youngest and newest
condo in Lake Barrington Shores., founded in 1989.
Condo XIII consists of 97 units in 27 buildings located on NorthBay Court
and White Oak Lane. We are fiscally sound and have a pro-active Board of
Directors. This year, 2007, we received a full reserve study from
Reserve Advisors Inc. From this study we can adjust our budget to
cover funding for repair and replacement of roofs, siding and driveways
to the year 2030.
We are a friendly active community. Each year we have a picnic or
brunch for all the homeowners and amenities galore.

Condo XIII Board meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00pm in
the recreation center. All board meetings are open and all
homeowners are invited to attend.
