Condo IX

Condo IX consists of 23 buildings and 89 individual units. Roof repairs were started in 2007 and completed in 2008. All units underwent siding repair, caulking and staining in 2008. Over 20 decks and balconies were repaired or replaced in 2008 as a result of a condo-wide inspection of all decks and balconies. Driveways were seal coated in 2009. All of the above was accomplished without a special assessment due to the reserves accumulated according to a Long Range plan started in 2006.

Board of Directors Meeting:
The Condo IX Board meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Activity Center, unless otherwise posted. These are open sessions and all Condo IX homeowners are invited to attend. Check Shorelines or the Activity Center office for dates.

Commission Meetings:
Most Commissions meet once a month at the Activity Center. Landscape and Lake and Ponds generally do not meet during the winter months. Architecture sometimes meets twice a month in the spring and summer months. All 13 Condo Associations are represented at Commission meetings; each has one vote. Condo IX homeowners are encouraged to volunteer to be a representative or an alternate on one of the nine commissions. All meetings are open to residents.
