Lake Barrington Shores is a condominium community. There are 13 Lake Barrington Shores Condominium Homeowners Associations.  Each is an independent entity.  The presidents of the 13 boards sit on the Master Board to support the common infrastructure and resolve community issues.

All owners and residents are expected to follow the rules and regulations set forth in the condominium by-laws, declarations and the Rules and Regs Handbook.  The by-laws and declarations were part of the papers provided at your closing.

The Master Board has several standing commissions of volunteers to make recommendations to  the Master Board with regard to setting policy and help guide the operations of LBS.
