It is all about living.  From the time you get up in the morning and have a cup of coffee looking over a fairway of the golf course to the time you come home, sit on the a patio deck with friends and have a glass of wine looking over the lake.  Living together, we have many clubs and planned activities in our community.

Lake Barrington Shores is a 1317 unit Condominium Community with 80+ floorplans on over 500 acres of property floorplans.

The community includes many ponds and a private 100 acre lake, a recreational center, and a private forest preserve. 

Although not part of LBS Community Homeowners Association, a private 18 hole golf course club, winds its way through the west side of the property.

Just beyond the north end exit, a marketplace contains bank, cleaners, travel, spa, food and other services.  Within a 10 minute drive, there are several "top 10 in its class" Chicago area restaurants, grocery shopping, a variety of retail stores and movie theatres.
