Summer Water
Conservation Policy: Lake Barrington
Shores has established a water conservation policy by restricting outside water
use to odd and even calendar days corresponding to the last number of your
unit’s address from May 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010. The restriction should
not apply to the essential watering of any new plantings (i.e. newly planted
trees, shrubs, perennials) throughout the community.

Affairs: It is reported that the Lake
County Clerk has printed forms for voters to enroll in a program for “permanent
voting by mail”. This program will allow
the clerk to send a ballot to one’s home for each election (primary and/or
general) and local elections, as well.
