No Pontoon rides from 3pm to 4pm

A short walk from the rec center, the marina is located on Lake Barrington. It contains canoes, rowboats, sailboats, paddleboats and a pontoon boat.  Just behind the marina sits the swimming beach, picnic tables and charcoal grills. 
Residents can use the boats free of charge.  Sailboaters must be checked out on basic sailing skills. Residents can take free rides on the pontoon boat at times listed at the left.  Residents can rent the pontoon boat for private use at other times.  The summer 2003 charge is $20 per hour with a 2 hour maximum.
