Saturday Yoga takes place at 9:45am every Saturday at The Lodge at the Shores, either in the ballroom or the fitness studio.

Yoga – In this all level class we incorporate yoga postures and breathing exercise to promote flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation while continuing to fine tune alignment in poses. Poses are adaptable to meet individual needs.
Cost: $50. for 6 classes within 6 weeks or drop in at $10. per class.
Private sessions available by appointment: $75./ hour
