Yoga/ Yoga Flow – These classes incorporate a series of yoga poses and breathing exercises providing a more physical program moving from pose to pose while still focusing on posture and alignment. This class uses weight bearing poses and more challenging transitions to build strength, endurance, flexibility, improve balance and relaxation. All students are welcome to take at your own pace.
