Monday Yoga takes place every Monday at 8:30am at The Lodge, either in the ballroom or fitness studio

Light Yoga – A series of yoga poses and breathing exercises designed and adapted to promote a tranquil and relaxing yoga experience. In this class we take a gentle approach to yoga postures while working on alignment and having fun improving flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation techniques.
Cost: $50. for 6 classes within 6 weeks or drop in at $10. per class.
Private sessions available by appointment: $75./ hour
