The Lodge at the Shores is a unique event facility that is easily customizable for your special day. We’re here to assist you in creating everlasting memories for a variety of events. Rental Fees Include:
- 6 foot banquet tables and 8 foot banquet tables
- 60 inch round banquet tables and chairs
- Access to outdoor patio overlooking the pool (Fireplace Room / Ballroom only)
- Built in wet bar
- Use of kitchen (2 stoves, 2 ovens, double refrigerator and commercial freezer)
- 20 ft x 20 ft Dance Floor (Ballroom only)
- Audio Visual equipment including access to sound system, projector, screen, wireless microphone and podium
- Trash Receptacles
- Coat Room
- Fireplace (Fireplace Lounge only)
- Piano (Fireplace Lounge only)
BALLROOM:
The ballroom is the perfect choice for your larger events. The modern updates along with the old world charm make this a one of a kind venue. Friends and family will long remember a celebration in this remarkable setting. This spacious room features cathedral ceilings and breathtaking views. This room can comfortably seat 120 guests for banquet style and up to 160 guests for a theater style event.
FIREPLACE LOUNGE:
If you’re looking for a space to host a smaller gathering you’ve surely found it in the Fireplace Lounge. This cozy and quaint room with its simple elegance will make your guests feel right at home. Some highlights include the oversized brick fireplace, rustic wooden beams, and a sunset view from the outdoor patio you won’t soon forget. This space is best for groups of 50 guests or less.
The Club Room:
This multi-purpose room offers 8 card tables seating 4 each along with a wet bar. Floor to ceiling windows allow your guests to enjoy the scenery at Lake Barrington Shores. This space is best for groups of 25 guests or less.

All events require a $100 holding deposit to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. Final balance and Security Deposit are due 1 week prior to your event. All payments should be submitted by check, made payable to Lake Barrington Shores. No cash or credit cards will be accepted as payment. Fees are subject to change.
