Those who have chosen Lake Barrington Shores as their home can enjoy a nature walk in the Forest Preserve at the northeast side of the community. The walking path is over two miles long and encircles the lake as it winds through nearly 36 acres of forest preserve. Walkers and runners may catch glimpses of wildlife and birds while enjoying beautiful wildflowers along the path. Enthusiast or amateur, everyone will enjoy this paved path all year round. Lake Barrington Shores offers seasonal beauty throughout the year.
